Issue

Clicking on Configure from the PASSPORT Web to Host Administrator web page does not start the Administrator program. What can I do to resolve this?

Solution

When the Configure link is clicked, PASSPORT runs a VBScript to launch the Administrator program. If your Internet Explorer browser scripting capability is disabled, you will not be able to launch the Administrator program. Follow the steps below to resolve this:

 

  1. Open up an Internet Explorer window and choose the Tools®Internet Options menu command.
  2. Under the Security tab, make sure that Scripting/Active Scripting is enabled for the zone where you are starting the PASSPORT Web to Host Administrator from.
