Yes, remote administration is supported. To administer PASSPORT Web to Host remotely:

1. Using Internet Explorer, connect to the PASSPORT Web to Host Administrator website. The default URL is http://servername/pecadmin
2. Click on the Configure button to launch the PASSPORT Web to Host Administrator
