Enter Key Has to be Hit Twice

Users sometimes report that the ENTER key does not work after entering a command and they have to hit it more than once.
This is normally caused when the user enters a command that requires a Shift and does not release the Shift key before pressing Enter. This can be resolved by mapping the ENTER host key to the Shift-Enter keystroke.
