Cannot see cursor on the screen after upgrading PASSPORT
PASSPORT PC to Host, PASSPORT Web to Host
TN3270, TN5250, VT, SCO ANSI, Wyse 60
After upgrading to PASSPORT 2007, I can no longer see the cursor on the screen. How can I resolve this issue?
This could be caused by having the screen background color the same as the cursor color. To change your background or cursor color, follow the steps below:
For PASSPORT PC to Host:
For PASSPORT Web to Host:
From the Client:
Instructions are the same as those for PASSPORT PC to Host
From the Administrator:
For PASSPORT Web to Host, any custom configuration settings made by users on their workstations are stored in local attribute and keyboard files. By default these are saved in the C:\Program Files\eClient Local Files\ folder. These local settings will always override any settings stored on the server. If configuration changes are made on the server, which are not being seen at the workstation, the local settings should be removed (by deleting the .zat and .zkb file in the C:\Program Files\eClient Local Files\ folder) to allow the new server settings.
For PASSPORT Web to Host version 2007-1228 and higher, the default path to save local settings is %MYDOCUMENTS%\Rocket Software\PASSPORT Web to Host
