Changing Unprotected Field Reverse Video Color

Our user(s) are having difficulty reading the text on the screen. Is there a way to change the unprotected fields reverse video color in PASSPORT to make the screen more legible?
You cannot change the reverse video color; however, you can change it to Dot, or Underline by following the knowledge base article below:
Show Unprotected Fields as Underline Reverse Video Or Dotted
Another option is to change the cursor color (under Options®Colors®Customize®Cursor) and change the cursor type to block (under Options®Cursor).
