Word Wrap Margins Within Unprotected Fields

I have enabled word wrap and set my margins, however words that extend past the right margin do not wrap to the next line. What would cause this behavior?
If the left and right margins are not set within the unprotected area of the screen, then the word wrap feature will appear not to work.
For example, if the unprotected field you are typing in ends in column 70 and your right margin is set to column 71, then word wrapping will not occur, even if it is enabled. Your right margin should be set to column 70 or lower for word wrap to work correctly.
If the unprotected field(s) where text will wrap to does not have enough space available, word wrap will fail and the keyboard will lock. You may need to delete some existing text to make room for the word to wrap to the next field.
Currently, only block paste mode is supported with the word wrap feature
