Switching Between Sessions with Toolbar Button

Is it possible to create a toolbar button for switching between sessions?
There are several host keys available that may be used to change sessions:
JUMP NEXT
Changes focus to the next available window.
JUMP NEXT ACTIVE
Changes focus to the next active window.
JUMP PREVIOUS
Changes focus to the previous window.
JUMP PREV ACTIVE
Changes focus to the previous active window.
JUMP (A - Z)
Changes focus to the specified window.
These host keys can be mapped to a toolbar button, keypad or button bar, keyboard, hotspot, mouse button or performed within a macro.
