Toolbar Visibility Setting Not Saved

Issue

I choose the View®Toolbar menu command to view/hide the PASSPORT toolbar, then save the session.  The next time I launch the session, the setting is not saved.  Why?

Solution

For PASSPORT PC to Host:

The PASSPORT toolbar visibility setting is saved in the Windows Registry using the File®Options®Save Window Size and Position option. If you have this option disabled, the toolbar visibility setting cannot be saved.  To correct this, you must enable the Save Window Size and Position option.

For PASSPORT Web to Host:

From the Client:

You must save your session profile before exiting.

From the Administrator:

Your system administrator can select which Toolbars and Button Bars are displayed at start up. See Starting a Session without Toolbar for further instructions.
