Issue

I received the following "An error occurred during the move data process: - 132." error when upgrading to a newer version of PASSPORT:

Solution

During the installation process, PASSPORT overwrites your current program files with the newer version. The old files cannot be overwritten if they are in use. Therefore, all PASSPORT and PASSPORT FTP sessions must be closed before running the setup program.
