Files Not Listed on VM System

Issue

After successfully connecting to the FTP server on my VM system, none of the files are listed. How can I resolve this?

Solution

In the FTP communication setup, make sure that you have your Host Type set to IBM VM. Also, if you’re running PASSPORT Web to Host version 2002-621 or older, you will need to upgrade to the current PASSPORT version to correct a VM file listing problem that exists in the older version.
