Issue

After upgrading to OS/390 version 2.10, data set lists or files may not display in the PASSPORT FTP Client.

Solution

By default, the PASSPORT FTP Client uses "Auto Detect" to determine the type of FTP Server that is being connected to.  The above issue may be resolved by specifying the host type rather than using Auto Detect.  

Follow the steps below to configure:

1. Launch PASSPORT FTP Client.
2. Select the Communication®Settings menu command.
3. Select the appropriate Profile from the list.
4. Select IBM MVS (or appropriate host type) from Host Type drop-down list.
5. Click the OK button to save changes.
