Communication Setup is grayed out in PASSPORT PC to Host

The Communication Setup is grayed out and is not available. I have setup the 3270 session and the security settings permit access to the connection setup but when I attempt to use it, it is not available and is grayed out. How can this be resolved?
You will need to disconnect from your session first before you can access the Communication Setup menu command.
Please note that this feature is only available when using PASSPORT PC to Host and will not be available when using PASSPORT Web to Host
