Is it possible to prevent the print status dialog from displaying after a print screen is performed?
Rocket Software has released a patch for PASSPORT PC to Host Version 2011-506, which has this feature.
This patch must be applied to version 2011-506 of PASSPORT PC to Host only. If this is not done, unpredictable results may occur.
Copy the all the files to the directory where PASSPORT PC to Host is installed. The default directory is C:\Program Files\PASSPORT\
How to Configure:
Once this patch is applied, choose the File®Page Setup menu command and make sure the Display Printing Status Dialog option is disabled:
In some rare cases, pressing the Cancel button on the printing status dialog may cause the PASSPORT application to hang or crash when certain applications are installed. For example, Print Audit, which is a popular print management and tracking solution that comes with many multi-function network printers, has been known to cause this to occur. Disabling the Display Printing Status Dialog option in PASSPORT will prevent this from happening.
