Unable to View/List Contents of Folder
PASSPORT FTP Client
I am unable to expand or list the contents of a folder located on a mapped network drive. How can this be resolved?
PASSPORT FTP Client does not handle compressed folders. If the folder you are trying to access is compressed, then you will not be able to view the contents of it. In order to resolve this issue, you must download the latest PASSPORT FTP Client patch.
Rocket Software has released a patch for PASSPORT FTP Client Version 2009-403 to ensure the handling of compressed folders.
How to Apply the Patch:
Copy PassFTP.exe to the directory where PASSPORT PC to Host is installed. The default directory is: C:\Program Files\PASSPORT\
This issue has been addressed in PASSPORT PC to Host 2010-514 and PASSPORT Web to Host version 2010-430 and newer.
